Hi, I'm Alex. I'm 20 years old and have struggled with my weight for years, since elementary school. Between the ages of 13 and 17 I tried fad diets, pills, and starvation. Now I've reached the highest weight that I swear I will get to. It's time to lose 160 pounds.
